*Cancel fee still applies to Change of Travel fees, applies to name change or any change/deviation to travel plans after full deposit is recieved.
All cancellation must be submitted in writing attention Holland Travel, LLC. Proof of receipt must be supplied for any refund.
Holland Travel cancellation fee on all bookings, Cruises, Tours and Travel:

CRUISE AND LAND VACATIONS TERMS and CONDITIONS  (Rev. 01/01/07)

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:  Deposits due NOW to confirm your booking.  The final payment due dates approx 90 days prior to travel, pending on the cruise lines or land vacation supplier.  Refer to their brochure, which will also include cancellation policy for all final details and conditions and cruise line policies, applicable for all bookings.  The published regulations will be mutually agreed as final authority in any contingency and in all conditions. Balance and final payments are due as indicated in Reservation Request.  Full refund, less Holland Travel cancellation and handling fees up to 10% of booking  will be made up to 90 days prior to departure.  After that time, in addition to the handling fees, charges will be made for any non-recoverable expenses see Holland Travel Cruise & Tours Bookings at www.hollandtravel.net under “Company Info” and Services. Private Property Rentals and Groups may have special cancellation policies and terms & conditions, as outlined in the group trip brochure. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED to Holland Travel by hand written, signed letter. Please include your check for any penalties accrued.  Please be advised refunds may take 6-10 weeks to be processed by the travel supplier.  Holland Travel will do all possible to expedite this process.

NOT INCLUDED:  Items not specifically covered in this brochure, such as passport fees, visas, airport taxes, food and beverages not on the regular menu of the included meals, baggage handling at the point of origin and termination and all other expenses of a purely personal nature.

RESPONSIBILITY:  Holland Travel LLC (Illinois Partnership), and/or any of their agents or independent contractors through whom or by whom any services in connection with the tour arrangements stated herein, or in any document supplied by Holland Travel LLC, or such agents or independent contractors, hereby gives notice that any and all representations made by such parties, without any limitation whatsoever, as well as all accommodations made by them, all of which are made by them as agents for the passengers, are expressly and completely conditional upon acceptance by the passenger of a complete and total disclaimer of any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage or loss of any kind, including any and all consequential and incidental damages or loss, delay, accident, inconvenience or any other irregularity without limitation which may be occasioned, caused or resulting in any manner from or defect in any vehicle or through acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveyance or providing transportation, accommodations or any services listed in any document, or in carrying but the arrangement of the tour, or otherwise in connections therewith or of any proprietor or employee.  Such agency is also expressly conditional upon acceptance by the passenger of a complete and total disclaimer of any liability whatsoever or for any warranty claims, including by way of explanation and not limitation.  Implies warranties of fitness for any particular purpose for losses or damages of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation any and all consequential and incidental damages or accidental expenses due to delays, changes in schedule, no matter how last minute such changes are made, overbooking, or default, sickness, weather, strikes, war quarantine, or any other cause whatsoever, whether above or specified or not.  All such losses or expenses are the sole responsibility of the passengers and shall be responsible to pay additional charges incurred as a result hereby.   Baggage at owner's risk throughout the tour unless insured.  Small articles (coats, wraps, umbrellas, etc.) are entirely the care of the passenger.  The right is reserved to decline to accept and retain any person as a member of any tour or to cancel or alter any arrangement whatsoever if for reasons beyond the control of Holland Travel LLC and/or agents or Independent Contractors.  The airlines, steamship lines and other transportation companies whose services are featured in these tours are not to be held responsible for any act omission or even during the time passengers are not on board their conveyance.  The passage contract in use by the airlines and steamship lines concerned, when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and steamship lines and purchases of these tours and/or passengers.  All efforts have been made to ensure this brochure is correct; however, typos, errors and omissions might occur.  Holland Travel LLC is not responsible for any damages or costs should this happen.   Holland Travel maintains other travel divisions.  Private Home Rental Division aka ELITE DESTINATIONS provided vacation rental accommodations in Mexico and other destinations. Certain laws are governed in Mexico regarding homeowners and renters.  Rental agreement “Terms and Conditions” must be signed and submitted with payment deposits.   These TERMS are available on www.PuertoVallartaVillas.com.  

CRUISE & TOUR COSTS:  Cruise and tour prices are based on social group rates for land, air services, requiring full participation.  All costs are based on group rates in effect at the time of printing and subject to change.  In some cases, land segment prices are based on the exchange rate of European or other foreign currencies that are in effect as of the date of publication should there be any significant changes before the travel dates, prices may vary, therefore, the costs may increase to the tour participant. Tour prices may be adjusted +/- 3% currency fluctuation.

DEVIATIONS/NAME CHANGE:  Any deviation from the scheduled itinerary will be at the client/member's personal expense.  Requests for deviation must be submitted in writing to this office by the initial payments deadline indicated in the cruise line/vendor's brochure/invoice.  Arrangements may incur an administrative charge of $50 - $100 in addition to any charges incurred for the additional service requested.  Deviations are accepted or denied by the travel supplier.  Holland Travel has no control on DEVIATIONS. Additional airline fees and penalties may apply to assigned air reservations. The spelling of the guest(s) name on invoices/documents MUST match their proof of identification during Ship/Tour check in formalities. Please immediately review all guests names printed on your booking confirmation/invoice. For Air/Sea reservations, an additional name change fee subject to change of $75.00 Domestic and $125.00 International will apply after ticketing. Name changes may result in a new booking so that the original flights, fares and seat assignments may be lost.

TRAVEL PROTECTION CANCELLATION INSURANCE is strongly recommended and in most cased may be purchased through the cruise lines or directly through Holland Travel's, which offers insurance through major insurance companies.  In some cases, pre-existing medical conditions may also be covered if the insurance is purchased with initial trip deposit.  Holland Travel LLC requires all passengers to sign an insurance acknowledgeable form.  “TRAVEL GUARD” insurance can be purchased directly on our web site.  Refer to the “TRAVEL GUARD” insurance icon on our main page of our cruise web site.  Guests may also phone our office for insurance quotes and purchases.  All guest must sign our insurance “WAIVER” with acceptance or denial of the insurance offering, in addition to all TERMS and CONDITIONS set for in Holland Travel LLC policies, in addition to all travel SUPPLIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS, outlined in their brochure and/or websites.  Please be advised most TRAVEL SUPPLIERS (Cruise Lines, Tour Operators, etc.) may offer their own TRIP CANCELATION/MEDICAL Insurance.  However, in most castes, the FINANCIAL DEFAULT of the supplier may not be covered due to the fact supplier may be defined as “SELF INSURED”.  Independent insurance companies, such as Travel Guard, may provide coverage, in most cases, providing insurance is purchased during INITIAL TRIP DEPOSIT.  Insurance claims are the sole responsibility of the clients.  However, Holland Travel will provide as much information as possible to expedite your claim.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:  A U.S. passport required valid for at least 6 months after your trip departure. Certain nationalities might require special visas. Information can be obtained through local consulates and embassies and are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Visas may be required for U.S. Citizens in certain foreign countries.  Inquire at the appropriate embassy or consulate, as it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to obtain necessary visas.  Certain Caribbean, Canadian and Mexico countries may only require a CERTIFIFIED/ORGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE, ALONG WITH A U.S. GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID (see www.travel.state.gov for up to date information).  All airlines required proper proof of identification mentioned here.  U.S. Passport information, along with important travel advisories and notices may be found on http://www.travel.state.gov.   Important TRAVEL LINKS may be found on our web site www.HollandTravel.net.   Refer to our main page “Travel Tools” icon.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES: Due to constant policy changes regarding checked and carry-on luggage rules and new security measures, all guests should refer to airline web sites and/or call the airlines directly for requirements and restrictions.  Every airline may have their own rules, in addition to FAA rules and regulations.  Failure to comply may result in denied boarding, additional charges for excess or overweight baggage (by size or weight).  The airlines reserve the rights to change or alter its baggage policies AT ANY TIME.  FAA Controls requirements so may be subject to change. Cruise ships have fewer restrictions, but in most cases permit 2 checked pieces of luggage and one carry one.  Cruise lines do have restrictions on items that may be brought on board.  Please refer to your cruise lines website or brochure for complete details.

TRAVEL AGENCY PROFESSIONAL PROTECTION INSURANCE:  Holland Travel, LLC maintain ERRORS and OMISSION Liability Insurance, provided by Berkeley Insurance.  Policy number available upon request.
